Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the 2.2L Vtec. Like what the torque and Hp are. is it a single cam? And most importantly, canI swap this into my 95 civic? Thanks

It's a SOHC. It's got the economy VTEC (not the performance cam). Most of these engines made about 150 hp and lb-ft torque. It's a decent motor, but if you're going to go for a swap, there are lots of other better candidates. You can put any engine in your Civic that you want, it just depends on how much money you have. The simplest (and cheapest) way to go would be a VTEC D-Series. If you've got some more money, the way to go would be a B20/VTEC. A good amount of torque, not a lot of weight, and lots of potential. There's also the H22, but there are more parts available for the B.

the reason why I was wondering is because we have the Accord and the transmission just went out. It has a salvage title and Im thinking about parting it out. Is it going to require too much work for the hassle?
