I say look around online for an H22. My friend has a 240 that has a similar problem. But his finally bent a rod. He decided back when his car first started going threw that much oil he was gunna get a new motor for it. Its really a pain to mess with all the crap and Honestly you can get more power out of an H22. I would see if a machine shop would bore the H22 out to a 2.4 instead.. Theres H22's all over online. If there is a local car forum for your town or your nearest big town you might find out that there is an importer closer to you than what you think. Thats atleast what happened to me.

The H22 will fit into an Accord, but it takes a good deal of work. There's a good amount of custom work involved for such a direct swap (especially considering the JDM Accord came with the H22).
I've never heard of people putting the H22 head on the F22, but suffice it to say that it probably won't work. All of the head bolts must line up, as do the coolant passages and the bore spacings. Plus the timing belt needs to align through this whole thing. Lastly you will need a new ECU to run this engine. Also if your engine is leaking oil everywhere, it is wasted. I bet you've spun a bearing by now. Trash it.

Sounds like your best bet is a new engine or a new car.. You can find F22 engines pretty easily at junk and salavage yards usually and they aren't super expensive so if you don't see yourself spending $2000+ on an H22 I'd go that route.

Or you could try the path less chosen. A B-Series would need some custom mounts, but all the systems should be pretty easy to work out. The H22 would be easier and get more power. The again the F22 is more or less an H22 without the VTEC. It can still make some decent numbers, but the H22 is more race-bred and has more potential. Personally I would find someone who can swap in a B18 or B20. The B-Series has a much better design then the H22 and can surpass the H22 if built correctly (the head on the H22 is a much poorer design thean any B). Or enjoy a V6 if you can find one.

You could also look into a J32A2 with a 6 speed and slap a blower on that and call it a day. All you gotta do is make custom motor mounts and roll with it.

The F22 is not an H22 without vtec, the F22B1 has vtec, in fact. The H22 is a very simple swap for a cd5/cd7 accord, and will fit perfectly. A B-series swap makes little sense, as it costs more and has less torque, and will be very difficult to fit in your accord. You need torque move a big accord. You should be able to get an H22 for around $1100 or so. The H series is very similar to the F-series, only it is DOHC instead of SOHC, making it a better performance engine. The H22 would be much easier to swap in, and the B-series is not worth it at all in an accord. If you cant afford an H22, try an H23. It is very similar to the H22, only without vtec. This engine puts out 160HP compared to the H22's 200HP and your F22's 145 ( or 130 if you have the one without vtec, the f22b2). The H22/23 also has a huge aftermarket, so there is a ton of potential after you do this swap. If you choose to build your F22, there is actually a pretty good aftermarket for it, try F22Parts.com, or tasauto.com. There's also a forum for this car (with f22/f23/c27/h22/h23, or any engine you choose at cd5tuner.com

Okay, an F22 is more or less an H22 without DOHC. And the VTEC systems in the two engines are farily different. And just beacuse there is an aftermarket for an engine doesn't mean it's worth it. There are plenty of aftermarket parts for the D15 SOHCs, but that doesn't mean they are good engines.

You can get the H22 motor itself for $1100. But if you get one with an LSD tranny its more like $2000+ depending where you live.
