What part of the car was damaged when you crashed? If the damage to the engine bay was substantial, then don't try to start the car. You will just end up destroying the engine.
Get a repair estiamte from a shop before you try to get the car running again. It may not be worth fixing. Have you charged the battery? Batteries don't like to sit for that long. Clean the battery terminals while you are at it (without the battery in the car). If there isn't enoug charge, then the engine may turn and the fuel pump may run, but the engine won't start. Next, check the fuses and the relays (they should click on). Push down on all the spark plug wires while you are at it. If it's still not running, get it to a shop. By that time, you will be looking at either the ECU or something in the wiring. And those will not be cheap or easy fixes. |
