Well, I don't know about 94's in particular, I never had one of those, but it sounds like you are having the same problem my mom had with her 2000. She had to have to computer portion worked on, and they only programmed one of her keys to open the car. If you don't have the original keys or if those keys were never programed to the new computer, all that will happen is that the engine will turn but not start. You might want to look into that.

Again Im agreeing with this because One of my friends cars was off the road for 2 years ,, yup 2 whole years , I never actually worked on it cause he said to me it was being built , soo i find out from some girl he is having a problem gettin car to start so i go there he has a brand new harness and wires EVERYWHERE , i mean when i say everywhere i thought there wasnt a motor under there and I was honestly there for fifteen minutes flipped the distributor and bang started right up , this kid went without a car for 2 yrs cause the dist was out 180 degrees , sad sad story but atleast it wasnt a serious problem , good luck , sounds like electrical to me if the relay is good you know its electrical basically how it works usually ...
