... i kno when i start my car in the cold it will have a delayed reaction.. its a 94 accord lx 2dr.. but when i start it when its warmer out its still slower then most cars to start.. is it the battery or the starter causing it to do this?

You need to keep the key in the 'accessory' position for a few seconds to let the fule pump "prime". My car will shut off when I let off the clutch in cold weather. Possibly the dense air being thinner than normal making it happen.
