The new Civic si and the RSX are, with the exception of the interior and slightly different body style, the same car. Both have the K20 engine, make around 200 horsepower, and have Limited Slip Differentials (RSX 05 and up) I have a 2000 Prelude Type SH and my dad has the new Civic Si both of which I drive frequently and the Civic is fun to drive, but it doesn't compare to the Prelude when it comes to handling. The Civic, however, is a bit faster in a straight line on flat ground. But as other people have said, the RSX is discontinued as of this year. So really when it comes down to it, if you can afford the RSX, it has better features with the same power and handling as the Civic Si or getting another Prelude would be good too but good ones are hard to find now.
