I'd go with a very, very mild high temp sealant, or a high temp teflon tape... NOTICE: I said MILD, that and I'd check the tightness of them probably every two or three days after that just to make sure that they stay good. If you find out that eliminates the problem after a few check ups... problem solved... hopefully.
