I have not seen this done but I cant imagine it being to hard... might cost a bunch.
you could always go to a junk yard and see if you can find 03,04,05 accord that is hit in the front but in good shape in the rear and collect all the parts off of it to convert yours
But like I said I have not seen this done .. and I have not tried looking for a disc brake conversion kit
