Its quite simple. Just replace both axles ( trust me, it works out best. Sooner or later the other one is going to go and you end up right where you started) and then check if it pulls or not. If needed get an alignment and if you still get the problem while braking, then its probably a problem in the brake lines in the right side.
I'd suggest you go in that order so you can trouble shoot as you go.
