$250 is not a bad price, then usually range from $200-$500 for a kit, however I reccommend that you use a projector retrofit with a 4300k kit if you can afford it, it puts out the most light and has a HID cutoff to prevent others from being blinded.
Be careful with 12k PnPs, if anyone is blinded and runs off the road it will be considered your fault for having illegal lights  |
my boy told me the same thing but meanwhile my whole crew has the 12k bulbs he has the projector already in his lexus but i have the reg lense in my 92 accord whats the process to retro fit projectors in my headlights
