Funny, it was raining today and I had water in my trunk on both sides again. Traced the right side to the outer taillight seal - I'll have to get a gasket Monday.

The left side was different. Looks like the bond of the seam sealer is broken where the quarter panel meets the rear panel at the trunk opening (some rust under the edge of the trunk seal as well). Water was leaking in here, draining into the top corner of the quarter panel above the taillight and around the left side of the taillight into the trunk. I sealed it with clear silicone for now; it is supposed to rain until Monday so I'll see if that does the trick.
