Default Buzzing when letting of the gas.

Does anyone else get buzzing sometimes when letting off of the gas. I had this happen to me a lot when I started driving, 3rd gear aroung 30 mph

I don't get it as much anymore because I drive faster

anyways, this origionally came from the garage comments for alienhonda

Alienhonda: I get vibrations after letting up on gas in lower gears. Normal?

Service bulletin for s2ki.com:

[00-054] Buzzing From the Engine or Transmission While Decelerating

While decelerating in 3rd or 2nd gear, a buzzing or rattling comes from the engine or transmission between 4,000 and 3,000 rpm. This noise sounds similar to a heat shield rattle, and it goes away if you press lightly on the accelerator pedal or disengage the clutch.

Applies to: 2000–01 S2000 – ALL
btw, I'm not sure if I have that rattle, just a vibration and a strange exhaust note, and the s2k I drive is an '05

also, please post in the forum for questions, it was sheer luck that I came across your member comment, usually most people don't find things that aren't in the forum, I just saw your s2k picture in the top bar and happened to click on it
