Default Replacing a fender

Hi,
My Accord'96 was damaged (hit and run) and I don't have any collision coverage, hence, fixing it myself. I need to replace bumper and left fender. I found a match (same color) in one of the junk yards but they are quite far away, so they will send it to me.
Now my questions: how difficult is it to replace a fender? will I need any special tools? does anyone replaced a fender - can share the experience? I already checked how the fender is mounted and it looks like it sits on a dozen of screws. Is it all or maybe I'm overlooking something?

I'll appreciate any input on the topic.
Thanks!
