This is your matinance (< I can't spell this morning, a bit tired. sorry) The CEL has to be reset as stated above; pulling the fuse or removing the negative battery terminal.

The matinance required ( main req.) light will come on at 10,000 for your tune up 50,000 and 100,000 miles. Unless your car does it every 6,000 to 10,000 for oil changes. The S2000 is 10,000 miles but my EP3 was at the intervals ^.
