When my dad drives the seatbelt makes an annoying sound as it rubs against the leather of the chair because he's too short.
(on a side note we went to the lotus dealer and he fits perfectly in the elise)

Is there anyway to stop the seatbelt rubbing or adjust the steering wheel?
Your dad must be a very little man to be comfortable in a Lotus. The S2000 steering wheel does not adjust and as far as the seat belt maybe your seat is to learned back. I never have a problem with it.
