^^^Not quite. The belt might be just a tiny bit too tight. When it heats up, the belt gets more grip. It's slipping when it's cold because it has no grip (like a cold tire). Try loosening all your belts (one at a time of course) and retightening them. When tight, you should be able to squeeze the belt in the middle and it should deflect about 2 inches. I've used this method on a couple of cars and it never had a problem. That should help out. If not, you can pick up belt silencing goo from your local auto parts store.
