the way i look at it...if you tell them and they still buy..then when they come back they don't act all pissed off and say "you guys sold me some crappy window tint" or whatever we sell them. Some things i make sound better but the approach i use is honesty and they will come back more often looking for you to sell them **** and get your opinion. It builds the customer trust and then they tell there friends and so on.
