I saw some moderate gains with the K&N setup, its much more noticeable on the highway, but it can bog a little with the hot engine bay at traffic lights (few seconds).

I think the K&N is supposed to get you 5-6 at vtech, but its not going to blow your socks off. I like it because it scares people with the f22c =)

Intake headers and exhaust dont really do a whole lot by themselves -- may add 10-15 if you select them right, but in conjunction with a supercharger you'll get more gains -- depends on your plans. You could easily spend a few grand just on those three and for that I'd be tempted to just go straight for the sc if I had to do it over again.

Lightening up the car would help also. Good luck man!
