I'd say leave a 500 hp project for another car.. That car being a 2007 is still under warrenty no doubt. But also sounds like your DD and you do not want that for a DD because as with any highly modded car the reliability will suck balls. It'll also be a gas hog. I say leave this for the cars that Japan made to be a power monster like this for example Supra, NSX, Skyline, 350z, 300zx, or G35.. You could also do a RB(skyline inline 6) swapped 240 and build it to put down a lot of power but you will need to put a lot of work into that as well. But it shouldn't cost as much money because its an older car..
