It's not really about trying to get rid of the name Honda, it's more of just being a little different. Since I got the car, people come up and ask what it is before seeing the H or the name Accord. I also am just perplexed by the fact Americans pay extra for the name of the car and not what it is exactly. By all fact's, I drive an Inspire and the TL is an Accord. Why not confuse the uninformed general public, just a little more. And wouldn't it be nice to drive a car; that by name isn't in the U.S.?
