So tonight I was out driving on a country backroad where I live and decided to open her up. I was doin about 110-115 for a little while(cuz I'm young and dumb), and stopped cuz i didn't feel safe since it was hill after hill and my civic felt like it was about to take flight (that and with my luck a deer would suicide into my car). So that brings me to my first question which is does anyone know when the governer kicks in for the 5th gen Civics? I've only been able to get it up to 115 on that same road, and like i said i don't feel to safe. Then my second question is when i got home there was a wierd smell like i had just burnt out in my car and was wonering if anyone knows what from, this never happened with my Dodge Neon after runnin it at high RPM's so i don't know what it is.
