You might still have an air bubble in the brake lines. Try to flush more fluid through it and see if that helps. Also new brake parts do need to time to bed in and mesh with each other, so things might just improve if you do nothing. I'd still try to bleed them a bit more though.

Brakes from an Integra will work fine. It's the same suspension and hub so it'll all bolt in.
