This is driving me crazy and the weathers getting warmer so the problems only getting worse..

My heater/ac dash control does not work, the lights are not even on...To make the problem worse, even when I turn the knob to off and turn it to AC, the heater still runs. As I drive faster, more heat comes out, and if I open the windows the hair gets pulled at me even MORE...

This is really making me annoyed and I'd love to have the problem fixed
I check the fuses and they don't seem to be the problem, please help me out.
