Ok, so I thought about it, the TCS is the transmission control module (I think). And I think that is part of the ECU (or a board that is attached to it). Anyway, if I'm right on all of this, it's electrical, so look around for a new ECU. Get it to a shop or find someone else who actually knows exactly what they are talking about.
