It's testing time!!! Unless someone else has done this before, and you happen to find them, you may just have to dyno the car with the two parts. Since you got wrecked over the weekend, however, I guess this is moot now.
I would guess that the MSD is more powerful, but harder on the rest of the electrical system. The Mugen won't draw as much current, so it will last longer. I don't really know, it's just a guess.
