I had that exact piece on my honda for awhile till i upgraded to fujita. you just need to drill a hole in the side about 6 inchs higher than the stock intake and install one of these buggers [ https://www.f1products.co.uk/images/...filter%203.jpg ] , that will work just as good as a bypass valve because water is harder to suck than air. Its made for a dirt/street bike and you can buy one at autozone real cheap.
