Probably the Acura dealer. Napa might be able to get you one so ask them first. I don't know how much it would cost to replace, but I would guess upwards of $500. The rack will also be a couple hundred dollars. If you are taking it to a shop, just let them handle getting a rack. Most places prefer that they find the parts as opposed to you bringing whatever you have. Plus they can get parts cheaper than you in some cases.
