No! Do not rotate them!
The only time the 7.5 inch tire needs to be on the front is if you have a rear blow out. More the 6.5 inch front tire to the rear and put the spare on the front.
As far as all 4, if your not to the indecation nubs then your good. Be sure to check inside and out side wear patterns carefully. Many of the S guys change 2 at a time. I'm still on 05 SO3 fronts and new rears and it's working out just fine.
