Way wrong!
The 04+ (AP2) has a F22C which is a 2.2 liter DOHC VTEC motor.
The 00-03 (AP1) has a F20C with is a 2.0 liter DOHC VTEC.
The F22 makes more torque because in naturally asperated cars displacement equals torque. You can't get bigger pistons to rev as high as smaller ones so the AP1 9,000 redline was dumped for a 8,000 redline.
VTEC/ "powerband' hits at 5900 to 6100 in the AP1 (depending on altitude, heat, and humidity)
VTEC/ "powerband' hits at 5,400 to 5,600 in the AP2.
The AP2 suspension is a little more loosened up and forgiving. Also the 06+ has Drive By Wire (DBW) and Tracion Contol System(s) (TCS) which is turned on and off by a button in front of the steering wheel on the dash.
The 00-03 have 16" 5 spoke wheels originally wrapped in Brigstone Potenza S02's
04-05 have 17" 10 spoke wheels wrapped in S03's
06-07 have a new 10 spoke design and the first years to have wheels not made by Enike (sp?)
As far as speakers they come with small speakers in the roll hoops behind your head. They are tweeter size, but do make a substancial difference.
