I appreciate the advise, however, I still don't have the answer I'm looking for to replace the tail light lens. Unfortunately, the Haynes Honda Repair guide also does not specifically address the tail light lens.

When you look at the bottom of the replacement tail light lens which I already purchased online from a dealer, it looks as if the tail light lens assemby is placed on a bracket. It also appears as if the bracket may keep the tail light assembly from slipping out. The bottom of the replacement lens assembly also extends 3/8" below the lens and just below the top ridge of the bumper. Looking under the bumper, there is a phillips head screw that could be the culpret. Unfortunately, I need almost a 2 1/2' reach to get to it. Where can I go for ADVICE.
