Really? I bet I could use the Scandanavian flick around every corner, but that doesn't mean the cops don't let me. My personal ability allows me to pull it off. That doesn't mean it's smart (at least on the street). And no talking on the cell phone and trying out rally moves are no different. They both use lots of concentration and all of your bodily appendages. But one looks way more baller when performed correctly.
