The H22 will fit into an Accord, but it takes a good deal of work. There's a good amount of custom work involved for such a direct swap (especially considering the JDM Accord came with the H22).
I've never heard of people putting the H22 head on the F22, but suffice it to say that it probably won't work. All of the head bolts must line up, as do the coolant passages and the bore spacings. Plus the timing belt needs to align through this whole thing. Lastly you will need a new ECU to run this engine. Also if your engine is leaking oil everywhere, it is wasted. I bet you've spun a bearing by now. Trash it.
