I say look around online for an H22. My friend has a 240 that has a similar problem. But his finally bent a rod. He decided back when his car first started going threw that much oil he was gunna get a new motor for it. Its really a pain to mess with all the crap and Honestly you can get more power out of an H22. I would see if a machine shop would bore the H22 out to a 2.4 instead.. Theres H22's all over online. If there is a local car forum for your town or your nearest big town you might find out that there is an importer closer to you than what you think. Thats atleast what happened to me.
