I believe that the Integra uses coilovers from the factory (the spring does coil over the shock, so it is technically a coilover), so just build yours the same way as the OEMs. My 1st gen Integra did not have front springs (a fact I find strange to this day), but my third gen did. But I don't know about the second generation. Even so, it goes together the same way, except with a spring in between.

I hope this helps, but I'm still kind of confused about what you are describing. You're trying to assemble the springs and mounts and perches onto the shock body right?
