The only way a dent will cause a window to blow out is a severe dent that actually has the window in a bind. I have seen a truck where it was rear ended and pushed the bed into the back of the cab and smashed it pretty bad. Needless to say you could see the window was in a bind and it never broke. We removed the back glass without it breaking and reused it. So I seriously doubt that a small dent put your window in enough of a bind to blow it out.
