honda won't pay
This morning we were awoken by our neighbor telling us that our back window
of our Honda was shattered. At first we thought it was vandalism, but after a
closer look it wasn't. The window had been blown out from the inside out.
We took it to the Honda dealer and it was checked out by a Honda rep who just
happened to be visiting that dealership. He said that they had never covered a shattered window under warranty. Also that the window shattered due to a dent just underneath the window. The dent caused undo pressure to the window. I don't believe it for one minute. They'll say anything to get out of paying. The dent had been there for over a year now. His reasoning was that it could happen at anytime. Again. I am not buying it.
Now, we are responsible for paying for the shattered window. Honda will not pay for it and will give any excuse why they are not responsible.
