If you really want to show some up one with performance, be mature about it and do it on a track, He'll they even count it off and give you times so theres no argueing about it after words.
You want to know why california has so many bull**** laws on cars? cuase they are trying to lock down on street racing. If you guys didn't race maybe they wouldn't bother breaking balls with all the imports... IDK maybe its diff in "murda valley"

I agree, the target i live by actually once a year closes the store and blocks off the parkinglot. then the have police and officials, and all of those people there, they do autocross. its really cool. and its a way to keep ppl safe. check with your local places see if they do stuff like that. also the theme park here does it too.
