yes if you are going to do a swap then it wouldn't matter if its running or not, and yes, you are going to want to do the swap. So if i were you i'd start looking around on craigslist for the 88-91 HB and I wouldn't go over 1500 especially if you just want a non-running car. Then I would check on the web or ask some other like minded honda members in your area where a shop is that does that work. I know out here in AZ i'm looking at least 2 grand for a B16 swap.
