check out craigslist, for starters. I have found ALOT of great deals there, but i've also found some shady sellers too, so remember to ask the right questions when you go buy. Your next best bet is to keep an eye on the classifieds and even check with junkyards. Sometimes the junkyards will get cars people will think are to messed up to drive, when in actuality they just need a little TLC. Do a little homework and see what those civic HB's are going for in your area, and set your price for what you're willing to pay. Do you care if its running or not?
