Hello, I own a 1986 Civic Si. I currently have a super high idle, at about 3000RPM. I'm looking to track down an engine code reader to plug into my car to tell me what the problem is. I live in AZ, where can I find one, what brand is it, and how much is it? Any other ideas would be useful, I'm also wondering if this could be a Throttle Position Sensor problem or if anyone else has any ideas.
