In picking out parts for your car I would never go for CHEAP. Especially for suspension parts. I would say Tein or K Sport. Yes they are expensive but they have years of tuning under their belts.
Just don't go for a suspension kit on eBay that has a good price if you have never heard of the company. I figure you are relying on your suspension all day everyday so every thing else is self explanitory.
