Is this the same Civic that won't pass emissions and has a weird idle? Seriously, chasing electrical bugs like this is going to be a huge hassle. Cut your losses and dump the car. If this car is presenting this many problems, it's just a matter of time before the whole engine/transmission goes south. Not what you want to hear, but you will be spending thousands fixing this car when instead you could have a car that is fine for the same money. Sometimes you just have to know when to let go. I'm going through the same thing with my Integra. Once I find something to replace it, I'm junking my car.
