Usually it's better to go with a coilover kit that comes with its own springs. It's more expensive, but someone has already worked out what's best for your car. Unless you want to pull out a calculator and do some physics stuff to find the right spring rate, you're better off buying a ready-made kit. It will ride smoother and handle better than anything you piece together.
