No, the seats take a lot of abuse. This is why the FIA, SCCA, and NASA all have strict rules regarding seat (and belt) mounting. Harnesses hold you in the seat, but seats hold you into the car. Again, this could be done, but you have to crunch some numbers as to how to reinforce the floor. You can't guess and check. You have to make sure the new brackets are at least as strong as the fronts. Then, you have to make sure that everything lines up correctly and weld the piss out of it (and doing a really good job). To do all that means stripping out all the interior, moving away the wiring and probably disconnecting the fuel tank and pump (remember welding is more than just a little warm). It can be done, but will need a lot of work.
I'll stand by reccomending the Si seats, but not doing the full custom swap like this. The Si seats will definetely be a lot easier to do (probably a day or two to swap them in for the reasons I mentioned earlier). If you want to make them a little more custom, get them reupholstered or cover them. It will be the same thing, and they even have the center console already figured out. They will be in an EG9 Si. Try that instead.
