Engine mounts are made of a metal bracket with a rubber insert. The insert has a bunch of holes in it to let the engine rock a little and keep the vibration down (kits from Energy suspension use inserts that go inside the stock rubber and fill the holes. Some engines will vibrate like crazy once this kit is used, some won't notice it at all). So what you need is the engine mount from both your Civic and a donor Integra (preferrably the same one you took the engine from). You have to get the rubber piece pressed out of both mounts and get the rubber from the Civic pressed into the Integra's metal bracket. You need some kind of hydraulic press to do this, so best to have a shop do it. Luckily you only need to do the front mount to the engine, as all the other Civic mounts will line right up. While the engine is out, make sure all your mounts are good. In a car as old as yours, the rubber will crack and break, so if any of the mounts are broken, you should go ahead and replace them. If you don't, you run the risk of breaking some kind of hose or cutting a wire in the engine bay. Your throttle response will also improve once you replace a broken mount.

It's a good way to just let the weight of the world off every once in a while...is this a big pose? I mean, yes this is a pose! I mean am I driving down the street to not get noticed in this thing? I mean rebellious is what this thing is I would say!!!" -James Hetfield
