I found exactly what you need from SCC's "Ultimate Swap Guide." Unfortunately, they have taken it down from their website. Basically, you just pull out the old engine and drop in the new one. You will need the engine and all its associated accessories, the front engine mount from a 94-01 'Teg, and an Integra throttle cable. The only tricky part is the engine mount. You need the mount from the Integra, but the rubber insert from the Civic. So you need a press. For power steering you need an Integra pump and bracket. For A/C, you need a Civic Del-Sol bracket for the compressor. Other than that, it's pretty straight forward, and all you need to really worry about is to be careful when you remove all the hoses (since they break relatively easily).
