It may fit but I guarantee you 100% a transmission from a 95 LS will not perfrom like a GSR transmission, will be a complete waste of time and you might as well buy a GS...
Goto some local parts stores (ricey ones) and see if they can order in the JDM transmission - shouldn't cost you through the nose (go for a used one) and will perform a bit better too.
