All ECUs can adjust for simple bolt-ons (even stock ECUs). Unless you are going for a fully built N/A motor or adding forced induction, a reflash is perfectly fine for a street car. If you want the one or two extra horsepower offered by a dyno tune on a mild engine, then go for it. I think it's a huge waste of money to do that, but to each his own.
Oh and that Integra has beaten Mini S's on the backroads. While it looked like that. And it's a near stock LS. I don't need a built car to be fast. Could you do the same? Or do you have to rely on your car? A car is only as good as the driver behind the wheel.
